Cheese powder finds lot of application in the snack food industry either as a raw material for making seasonings or directly applied onto snack foods like Samosas, Puffs etc. It is also used to make cheese sauces, gravies, mayonnaise etc. Cheese powder has light yellow colour, it’s without any foreign flavors, colours or preservatives.
